1.2 Artwork rights. When you purchase a print, you own the physical item, but you do not acquire any copyright or licensing rights in the underlying artwork image unless we state otherwise in writing.
2) Restrictions (no copying or reuse)
Except as permitted by law, you must not copy, reproduce, download, print, republish, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit any Site content without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.
3) Trade marks
Right Art and associated brand names, logos, and product/service names may be trade marks of Right Art Limited (or used under licence). Other trade marks belong to their respective owners.
4) Permission requests
To request permission to use content, contact: support@rightart.co.uk with subject: Copyright Permission Request.
5) Copyright complaints / takedown requests
If you believe content on our Site infringes your copyright, email support@rightart.co.uk with subject: Copyright Complaint and include:
- Your name and contact details
- Identification of the work claimed to be infringed
- The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content
- A statement explaining your rights/ownership
- A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder (or authorised to act for them)
We may remove or disable access to content while we investigate.
6) User submissions
If you submit reviews, photos, testimonials, or other content to us, your submission may be used in line with our Terms and any permissions you grant (for example, for marketing and display), to the extent permitted by law.
