10) Orders & Contract Formation

    • No harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning.
  • 16.3 Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, moisture, heat, smoke residue, outdoor display, or improper hanging.
  • 16.4 Remedy: Where valid, we may repair/replace/refund at our discretion. If the exact artwork is unavailable, we may offer an equivalent replacement or refund.

17) Care, Hanging, and Safety

  • 17.1 Fixings: Use suitable wall fixings for your wall type (plasterboard, brick, etc.).
  • 17.2 Placement: Keep away from direct sunlight, damp environments, and strong heat sources.
  • 17.3 Handling: Handle framed prints with care to prevent scratches or dents.

18) User Submissions (Reviews, Photos, Testimonials)

  • 18.1 Licence: If you submit reviews/photos/testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use them for website display and marketing.
