• 9.3 Natural materials: Solid wood frames may show natural grain and slight finish variation—this is normal.

10) Orders & Contract Formation

• 16.4 Remedy: Where valid, we may repair/replace/refund at our discretion. If the exact artwork is unavailable, we may offer an equivalent replacement or refund.

17) Care, Hanging, and Safety

• 17.1 Fixings: Use suitable wall fixings for your wall type (plasterboard, brick, etc.).
• 17.2 Placement: Keep away from direct sunlight, damp environments, and strong heat sources.
